“ Very hospitable welcome and prompt sitting. Owners were very attentive and made sure we were made comfortable out of the heat of the sun. The waiter spoke amazing English which helped us greatly. The salad starters were generous and flavoursome. The "Royal" pasta was simply delicious. The view from the front corner table was delightful. Good value for money and well seasoned dishes all round. “ Possibly the best meal I had the whole time I have been in Croatia. Definitely the best value for money and best service. I had mussels for starter - they were huge and fresh in a beautiful garlic sauce. Served with freshly baked strips of bread for soaking up the sauce! As soon as I finished the bread, a waiter appeared asking if I wanted more, I had to politely decline as I would have been stuffed. As soon as the licked clean starter plates were cleared the main was delivered. Main was grilled calamari, big and juicy served on a bed of roast potatoes along with some veg - this whatever it's called is amazing on its own. I actually had to ask for a small break before my dessert came out, the guys were too efficient for my belly Then I had a Croatian dessert, a cream caramel delight. This meal was everything I hoped for from my visit to Croatia. You must visit. Thank you ”
